With the specially manufactured smoking pellets from MONOLITH, you can give your barbecue food an incomparably intense walnut aroma. These pellets, which are manufactured without a bark, are highly compacted - this ensures a long-lasting smoke development. Compared to conventional smoking chips, which only produce smoke for a short time, they hold smoke for two to three times longer. Another big advantage of smoke pellets is that you don't need to water or soak them. They are also extremely versatile and suitable for all types of barbecue, whether smokers, gas barbecues or charcoal barbecues. They are used slightly differently depending on the type of barbecue. With a charcoal barbecue, simply add the pellets directly to the charcoal to give your meat a fine, woody flavor in just 5-10 minutes. To create an even more intense flavor, you can repeat this step as often as you like. With a gas barbecue, you can use the practical smoking box. Simply place the pellets inside and place them on the grill grate. The smoke will spread throughout the inside of the barbecue within a few minutes.
