Not every stove is suitable for every property. Your chimney or flue, ventilation, available space, clearances and local requirements must all be considered. A suitably qualified installer can assess your property and confirm which appliances are appropriate.

Use suitable, properly seasoned or kiln-dried firewood with a moisture content of 20% or less, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for your appliance. Burning dry wood helps improve combustion and reduces smoke and deposits in the flue.
