The MONOLITH Smoke Pellets barbecue pellets bring a new aroma to your culinary delights on the barbecue. They are specially made to give your barbecue food a smoky aroma. Our smoking pellets give you a long-lasting smoke that lasts up to three times longer than smoking chips, thanks to our compressed pellets without bark. Our cherry pellets with their mild, sweet and fruity smoke are particularly suitable for spare ribs, beef, pork, poultry, fish and game. Whether you have a charcoal grill or a MONOLITH ceramic grill, simply add the pellets directly to the charcoal or via the chip spring system. The smoke lasts for 5-10 minutes and gives your food that fine wood flavor. You can repeat this process as often as you like to achieve a more intense flavor. In your smoker, place the smoking pellets directly in the firebox in the embers. The smoke is then drawn through the cooking chamber, giving your food the desired aroma. If you have a gas barbecue, you can use a smoker box for this. Simply place the pellets in the smoker box and place it on the grill. The smoke will spread throughout your barbecue after a few minutes.
