Returns Policy

We offer a clear returns policy on all online orders when you instruct us by email within 14 days of your delivery date.

Please note that All tags must be attached and the packaging including boxes should be original and unspoiled. We will not be able to refund items if they are defaced, used, soiled, without tags or damaged in any way.

If any of the items do not pass our inspection, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Please send an email to info@kingsworthyfoundry.co.uk stating your name, contact number, delivery address, order number/reference and the items you would like to return. We will then email you a returns form which needs to be printed off and included with the items you are returning.

Please be aware you are responsible for processing your return to us, including the cost of doing so. Return Address, as follows;

It is important that you send your package insured recorded or tracked delivery via a reputable courier like Parcelforce or Royal Mail, as any damage or loss during transit is your responsibility.

Once we have received your package, all items will be checked and a refund notification will be emailed to you if the items are in resalable condition (original packaging is required).

You will not be refunded for the original delivery charge on the order.

If any of the items do not pass our inspection, we will contact you to discuss your options.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If your order arrives damaged or the goods are faulty, please send an email to info@kingsworthyfoundry.co.uk stating your name, contact number, delivery address, order number/reference and an image and short description of the item(s) that are damaged/faulty. If the item(s) are being delivered on a pallet and it is obvious that they have been damaged in transit, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately. We will then contact you to organise a replacement item(s).

All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty as standard, On some occasions, products will need to be sent back to the supplier, which may cause possible delays in the refund/replacement process. please be advised that warranty timescales differ per supplier & brand – We will always aim to process returns as quickly as possible, keeping you updated of any developments. Unfortunately, if the item is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault, we will have to return the item to you without further action.

Please retain your Proof of Postage receipt until your replacement/refund has been fully processed.
