With over 90 years in the business, you can trust Desser time and again. Desser is much more than just a cane furniture specialist. We’re also a family-run cane furniture specialist. We’re proud of our history, and we’re always happy to share the story behind our business.

It all started during the First World War, when Issac Desser was posted on the front line in Belgium. While bravely defending his country, Issac met the Flemish craftsmen that would later inspire him to set up the Desser everyone knows and loves today.
